Key Terms

The following words used in these terms and conditions carry specific meanings:

• "Platform" — The ddk33 website and all associated services.
• "User" or "Member" — Any individual who has registered on ddk33 and is using its services.
• "Account" — A member's personal registered profile on ddk33.
• "Wager" or "Bet" — The act of placing money on any sport, game, or event on the platform.
• "Bonus" — Additional promotional funds or benefits provided by ddk33.
• "Wagering Requirement" — The obligation to place a specified amount of bets before a bonus can be withdrawn.

Registration Eligibility

The following conditions must be met to open an account and use services on the ddk33 platform:

• Each individual may operate only one account; opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

General Usage Rules

• Any attempt to harass, threaten, or harm other members is not allowed.
• Intentionally exploiting technical vulnerabilities or bugs in the platform is prohibited.

Deposit Rules

The following payment methods are accepted for depositing funds on ddk33: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank).

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (per method).
• Funds deposited into the account can only be withdrawn via the registered member's own method.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.

Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Processed withdrawals are generally completed within 1 hour.
• Winnings from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the bonus wagering requirement has been met.
• ddk33 reserves the right to carry out additional verification for unusual or suspicious withdrawal requests.
• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before withdrawals can be processed.

Welcome Bonus

New members on ddk33 receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,500 bonus → Total ৳2,500.
• Deposit ৳28,000 → Maximum ৳20,000 bonus → Total ৳48,000.

Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement to withdraw a bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not the combined total of deposit and bonus. Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 15 = ৳22,500 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

• If wagering is not completed within the bonus validity period, the bonus may be cancelled.
• Certain specific games may not count toward the wagering requirement.
• Each promotion may have its own individual terms.

General Bonus Terms

• Each member may receive the welcome bonus once only.
• ddk33 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and any associated winnings if evidence of bonus abuse or manipulation is found.
• ddk33 reserves the right to change or cancel any promotional offer without prior notice.

Sports Betting Rules

ddk33 offers betting on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. The following rules apply when placing bets:

• A confirmed bet generally cannot be changed or cancelled.
• ddk33 reserves the right to void a bet if incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error.
• If a match or event is cancelled, bet settlement will follow the applicable rules.
• ddk33 reserves the right to investigate and withhold payment in cases of suspicious or unusual betting patterns.

Casino Games Rules

Each game in the live casino, slots, and other game sections has its own applicable rules. The game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and others) maintain their own regulations. ddk33 bears no liability if a game outcome is voided due to a technical error in the game software.

Strictly Prohibited Activities

Any of the following actions are completely prohibited on ddk33 and may result in immediate account closure as well as legal action:

• Intentionally exploiting technical vulnerabilities or software bugs in the platform.
• Defrauding or threatening other users.
• Operating an account on behalf of a minor (anyone under 21 years of age).

ddk33's Rights

ddk33 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these terms and conditions.
• Failure to cooperate with identity verification or providing false information.
• If evidence of involvement in prohibited activities is found.
• In response to directions from law enforcement agencies or a court order.

Member's Rights

A member may also close their account at any time. In this case, the remaining balance (excluding bonuses) may be withdrawn, however any bonus with an unmet wagering requirement will be cancelled. Account closure requests must be submitted to support.

Protection of Personal Information
